Is Poker Prophecy for PokerStars, Full Tilt, Ultimate Bet, Prima Poker, and Party Poker a separate purchase for each?
Yes, the product for Party Poker can be purchased for a one time fee of $39.99, and the products for Paradise Poker, Full Tilt, Ultimate Bet, the Prima Network and PokerStars are run off a monthly subscription rate of $9.99.
When do your stats update?
Our database updates once a day unless otherwise noted on our website.
Do I receive software updates for free?
Yes all updates are free!
I am getting an error saying "You can not log in from more then two IP addresses" what does this mean?
An I.P. address is a number assigned to your internet connection everytime you log in. If you receive this error it means you have used more then your alloted IP's and you will nead to contact customer support at support@pokerprophecy.com to get your account back and running.
How long have you had your database up and running and what is your data retrieval rate?
We are currently collecting data at a 60-90% rate of all available SNG games depending on the site.
Are you affiliated with any of the poker sites you monitor?
We are an independent company that is not affiliated with Party Poker, Full Tilt Poker, Ultimate Bet, the Prima Network, or PokerStars.
What type of computer do I need for Poker Prophecy?
Any computer can do searches thru our website. However to use our software you will need any version of Windows XP.
What sites will you be providing stats on in the future?
We just released the Prima Network, we are looking at a couple sites to see when we'll add another
What are you hours of operation?
We operate from 4:00 pm est. to 4:00 am est. daily. If you are having a problem during our down hours please send us an email at support@pokerprophecy.com, often times this will give you the quickest response.
What happens once I purchase Poker Prophecy?
You can immediately use the Username and Password you created to do online searches by using the "Existing Customers" link, or if you have Windows XP you can download and use Version 12 which will scan an entire table at one time.
Sometimes when I do full table scans not all the names are found, what can I do to fix this?
The names are found using third party text recognition software. Unfortunately, even the best text recognition programs can't reach 100% accuracy. So if a name is not found, you can manually type in the name to add it to the Custom Players list.
Your program looks amazing, but I do not have a credit card. Can anything be done?
Yes we do offer other ways to purchase our product, but you will have to contact us at support@pokerprophecy.com to discuss billing options.
